Objective: During a period of introspection, the concept of developing a customised customer relationship management (CRM) tool for my own requirements emerged. I envisioned designing and implementing this tool entirely from scratch. My plan encompassed the creation of dedicated sections for managing customers, generating quotes, processing orders, and providing a download centre. The customer section would house all pertinent customer data, including name, address, email address, and a comprehensive order history. Conversely, the quotes section would serve as a repository for all my quotes, while the orders section would meticulously document the details of my customer projects.

Goal: Managing and updating multiple web projects can be intricate. To streamline this process, I have created an update server specifically designed for my web design projects. This server facilitates the centralised management of various projects and their seamless updates with a mere few clicks. This not only optimises time management but also mitigates the risk of errors associated with manual updates.
